We really needed to leave this review because of how appreciative we are of Penanshin! We have been using Penanshin for a few years and the service rendered was always great. As per all vessels, there will always be delays but Penanshin has always kept us up to date and follows up very closely every time. Our shipments are not big and most freight companies may not care about us, because of the volume we have, but that’s different for Penanshin. And just recently our container got delayed again and again and we really needed to get our stocks urgently and Penanshin checked our container status for us right until the middle of the night! And successfully delivered the goods to us next morning! Aside from that, Penanshin’s super responsive and gets back to all my questions at lightning speed. Thank you Penanshin!!
